This place started off ok, the women workers were not a problem HOWEVER, the men are terrible. They are very rude, impatient and they yell (talk loud) to the customers. I literally had to get up and state that me and my mother will go elsewhere due to the loud talking the male worker was doing to her. We went for a shellac (gel) manicure and a pedicure. The pedicures were fine but do to the process of the gel manicures and the customers starting to come in, they were rushing. On top of that they were using only one hand UV light sets. So you can imagine the amount of switching and polishing. Well one of the nails were hit and it made the worker very angry. Accidents happen! Then after I displayed my disgust with the manager, she never offered to replace the technician at the time or tried to intervene other than stating from her chair " You have to be nice to the customers, thats her mother" I will never give this place my hard earned money again. There are too many shops to choose from to have to put up with their ignorance.
