I am unsatisfied, left the shop with issues and now have more issues and owner would not handle them or take credit for them. Needed an oil change, purchased a Groupon. Owner Harp worked on my car. Spent 5+ hours there, he brought me a stripped oil plug, told me I needed a new one to leave. Spent money to get another.. he put in a rubber boat plug, this was 4/20/16. Car went into the Honda dealership to be looked over before I travelled out of town. This was 5/12/16. The guys at the Honda freaked out. That part was not intended for my car. I now have additional damage, need an oil pan and possible transmission issues. I did not damage the plug. I was damaged when taken out. Contacted the owner, he said he didn't do it and he didn't know why I was contacting him. He took advantage of a naïve girl that doesn't know about cars. Then he accused me of knowing the car had issues and bringing it to him to intentionally blame him for damage already done.
