I had my care here last year and I am going back next week for follow up. I adored Dr. D and the office staff were wonderful. Dr D educated me about my 'older eyes' (61) and things to look out for. We also talked about my difficulty driving at night and she had some awesome and helpful suggestions. A very caring facility. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!!

I was very dissatisified with New Century Ophthalmology. The equipment was not state of the art. They overbooked clients and the wait was extremely long. I went in for an eye exam as I need an updated prescription. The individual taking my eye pressure used a hand held tool and was shaky. She poked my right eye and I refused to let her measure my left eye. She had to get a more experienced individual to to measure pressure of my left eye. My eyes were dialated initially so by time I saw the doctor he couldn't perform refraction. I was told if I wanted to be tested for a new prescription I would have to come back (after sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. Then I got a bill for almost $900 - and never got a new prescription. I will never go back there again.

I had my eye's examined and then went to their Optical Department to purchase my eyeglasses. The entire experience was AWESOME, the staff is very friendly, the Doctor was very detailed in his exam and the Optical Department helped me select "The best pair of eyeglasses" I have ever had! A truly great experience, I recommend them highly!
