I would not use this service, they left a bad first impression. I called to make a service appointment. They took my name and number and said they would call me back. Three hours later I still had not been called. When I called back to make my appointment which was three for three days later, I was told there was no availability. Poor customer service that left a bad taste In my mouth. Nothing was done or offered to resolve this issue. Thankfully I was able to take my care elsewhere. I honestly expected much better service based on word of mouth recommendation but my experience unfortunately was not satisfactory.

This was my very first BMW, a 328i. I absolutely love the car. It is easy to see why the 3 Series is constantly on Car & Driver's 10 Best List. Not only am I incredibly happy with the new addition, but the overall experience here was first rate. I had been looking at several other brands (Audi, Lexus, and Infiniti). As I travel quite a bit for business, my time home is very important to me and I have no interest in playing the "car buying game". It all started with a simple email inquiry and this is where I first became acquainted with my Sales Advisor, Ales Olesky. Ales was fantastic. He provided everything I needed and answered all my questions. In fact, we had worked the vast majority of the numbers before I ever got there, trade and all. At the end of our correspondence, I was more than ready to visit the dealership. When I got there, the process was just as easy. My new car was right out front and delivery ready. A short test drive later, I was ready to take it home. Ales took care of everything, right down to most of the paperwork quickly and professionally. Even finance was a breeze. At no point was there any pressure, just the help I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Ales Olesky if you are in the market for a BMW. A great guy to work with for an amazing vehicle.
