THE INSTALLERS SMOKED IN OUR HOME DURING INSTALLATION!!!! They are difficult to contact. We called about 7 times and got 1 call back despite having questions.
The installation was for our rental home 7 hours from our primary residence. 16 hours prior to installation it gets delayed. Our realtor had schedule her vacation around the install date, and could no longer let them in. We were rescheduled for a 12-2pm arrival.
The day of install they call at 7am and say they are 30 minutes from the house (5 hours early). We had to give them the lockbox code to get in our home.
Halfway through the job, we get a call that they need additional installation fees for installing in a mobile home. The house is a manufactured home with 3/4 inch subflooring on a permanent foundation. They had previously walked the house during measurement with us, and this was not an issue.
During installation they broke our vertical blinds (which we had just replaced). They did not let us know, just left the broken slates lying on a half wall. They left dirt and debris on the tile floors and cigarette ash in our sink. The primary reason for new carpet was our previous tenants had smoked there. We repainted using kils and had the place professionally cleaned. The carpet replacement was the last step in eliminating that smell. And now our brand new carpet smells like smoke.

**** BUYER BEWARE******* This company is contracted through Lowes...... The came out and installed my floors and they did not bolt the toilet down all the way and created a leak under the flooring and warped the floor. I called Lowes in August 2,2014 and they said that they will send someone out to look at it. The guy came out 2 weeks later and the was much worse by that time. The guy that came out said that Legacy Floor would get back with me within 3 days. Oct. 20, 2014 I called and spoke to Legacy Floor customer service agent and she said that she would get with adjuster. There was no call from anyone after 3 days, I called back and finally spoke with the adjuster and he told me that he was ordering flooring for total replacement. On Nov. 15, 2014 I called Legacy Flooring back to ask when the flooring was coming in and nobody had a clue what was going on. I called Lowes and they could not find the claim on file. She told me that she would get with Dale Danial and he called back informing that they are ordering the flooring all the time water under the flooring making it worse(even after I bolted it down fixing their problems). Dec 12, 2014 Lowes called and informed that the flooring was in, I went and got the flooring the next day. Legacy Flooring said that they where going to be over Jan. 10, 2015 0900-1200. So it is now Jan 10, 2015 1400 NO LEGACY FLOOR, NO CALL, called Legacy Floor and guess what they are closed.
I will never deal with LOWES or LEGACY FLOORS........... Lowes warranties are false claims and do not every buy their products for the warranties and for Legacy Floor I will never deal with this company again and I would suggest no one every rely on them fixing what they mess up in your home. **************BUYER BEWARE*****************
