Terrible service, dirty place, they gave kids taking orders, they give you the wrong order, then when you complain the lady there us super rude!TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Most awful customer service ever. They put you on hold constantly when you are trying to place an order. And if you are in line to place order they will ignore you and keep answering the phone. Plus, once food was incorrect order, and they would not correct. Another time shrimp was mush, and they would not correct. Only reason I continued to order from there is there is not many places to eat near our house. Final straw got spoiled tofu, and called back and response was "mam, some tofu taste different than others." I think I know something is spoiled. I've had this dish there many times. It's my standard order. Buh bye rude lady!

When this restaurant first opened the workers were very friendly. now that they have all of the neighborhood business and Business is doing well the customer service sucks here. when you give orders over the phone they're rude and Unprofessional they're not compliant to your needs at all. I asked if I could have rice in a separate container and was told NO i then asked if I could have my rice fried without soy and I was told NO. It was already prepared. Other Chinese restaurants are friendlier and willing to make the customers happy. In taking my business elsewhere in spite of the convenience. On top of that the food is not that great. Very salty!!
