My experience with Roshunda, was superb, she to me, is the epitome of excellence. Too bad you cannot clone her and just have her available in multiples to assist all customers, she is just that good. In addition, Joan was, also good to work with, so my overall interaction exceeded my expectations.

However, the hiccups were when I had to call the service department, the receptionist, as well as, Lucky, almost shattered all the good of my signing experience, their unprofessional and overall disenchanting demeanor left a lot to be desired. But we all have off days, and hopefully, that is all it was.

Here's to an ongoing good experience for all involved, moving forward.

I love my car and the customer service was excellent ! Mr. Ross and Mrs. Lashawnda were amazing and I left with a great car and a low car payment !!!! Everyone should buy their car there! 8 highly recommend it !
