I have never had to use their services before but have always donated food. The tornado that struck last month changed all that. I called them and they gave me a time to come pick my box(es) of food. They were sooo pleasant and didn't make me feel bad for having to use their services. Lots of times people who really need help won't seek it because the people who can help them make them feel like 2nd class citizens. Not Here. I thank you so very much for that. It means a lot.
