CALL SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR LAWN CARE, ASAP!!! This guy seriously lack customer service. He got an attitude when I asked details about the job's details & about signing an official contract, then he refused to do the job & left. He wanted the freedom of changing the price if the job got harder or longer than agreed. He lack respect for the customer questions, while always bragging about past, more expensive job. I truly feel that the more money you pay Hernandez Lawn Care of Raleigh of Raleigh NC, the better customer service you will receive.....& that the sad part. Keith Ragland

This company is a rip off! I hired Jose and his company to do some work in my yard. About half of the work was done one day, and I went ahead and paid for the entire job ($500) that afternoon. Our agreement was that he would come back within the week to complete the job and to repair the damage he caused by letting large limbs fall onto my deck. Long story short, he has yet to come back to complete the work. He offered my money back, but has yet to return any of my money. His work was mediocre at best. One of the worst companies I've encountered in my 52 years!
