I bought a mother-daughter special on Groupon (they also advertise on Living Social).



I was told that because of this coupon they would waive the sitting fee (which was the same amount and I already PAID for it). After the shoot we had to wait over an hour for the digital pictures to be ready. Then we had to choose which pictures we wanted (you can not choose the next day, you have to decide right there and then!). We were already wiped out but we had to go through nearly a hundred photos and decide which were the ones we wanted to keep. The "packages" turned out to be hugely expensive. I got the basic package, which is the lowest price, but it turned out there were more fees on top, so the whole thing amounted to $500+ for eight digital pictures.

They told me that the pictures would be ready in 4-6 weeks.



After over two months since no-one contacted me I called them. I was told that someone would call me back the next day. No-one did, so I called them again, and got the same answer. This happened three times. Finally the fourth time, when I told them that nobody calls me even when they say they would, finally they did call me back and told me that the pictures were ready. When I went to pick up the pictures, they weren't even ready! I ended up waiting 45 mins for eight overpriced pictures I could have easily gotten somewhere else. This entire process was unacceptable. I would not (and I will not) go to this company ever (again)!
