THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANYONE ANYWHERE IN MY ENTIRE 61 YEARS. FROM ONE TO TEN i GIVE THEM 100. YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE. DROP BY AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. ASK FOR TIM. i ACTUALLY BOUGHT A NEW CAR AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED RIGHT TO MY DOOR. KIA OF RALEIGH SURPASSES ALL OTHERS, NOT JUST IN GREAT BUYS, BUT THE VERY BEST IN EVERY WAY.

I have a 2006 Kia Optima that has caused me nothing but trouble since I have gotten it but the secound time I had to take it was because my oil light was coming on when I hit my break well it was my oil pump. First they told me to bring my car at 8am so I did and left at 12pm I drove by there and they had not moved my car and they told me that it would be after lunch. My mother in law was taking time to help me. I went 2 days without my car and I have 2 kids finally on the third day they told me they would rent me a car but I am too young to rent from enterprise which is who they go through. I had to call around until I found a place that would rent to me.

For a brand new Kia dealership, posting a fax number for your office phone probably isn't a good way to do business.
