I purchased virgin hair weave from this store. The manager was very nice and helpful when I was making my purchase. He stated that he sold high quality, virgin hair. He even gave instructions on how to care for the hair. This is not my first time purchasing virgin or even beauty supply store hair. Upon washing, the waves completely went away. Two weeks after install, the hair is shedding profusely, tangling, snarling and even matting. This hair is by far the worst hair I have ever purchased. I called the owner and now he is unhelpful. He claims that it must be an issue with me or my stylist. However, I have not had these issues in the past even with lower quality bss hair. The owner needs to be clear with potential customers that he is not selling high quality or even virgin hair. This store is a fraud.

I was not intend to buy anything, but after they showed me different types of hair extensions. I bought smart hair extensions which is really nice
