An excellent experience!
Dr Stein excels as a facial plastic surgeon and quite frankly, an artist.

I had an endoscopic forehead lift, lower bleph and lower face lift and decided to do all three at one time. I'm at 6 weeks post-op now and can see the positive results in my neck: no more sagging turkey neck. Dr. Stein minimized the dark circles under my eyes that I've always had and took away the jowls and sagging areas on my jawline and even on my upper lids. I look refeshed but still like me.

The recovery is challenging, but if you give yourself 4 to 5 weeks, you'll begin to see the results. I am glad I did all three at once to get it all over with at one time. Follow your instructions and you'll be fine.

The care and compassion Dr. Stein and his staff show is unparalleled and I give me highest recommendation to all of them.

I recently had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Stein and I am very pleased with how he was able to transform the appearance and structure of my nose. The healing process was not as bad as I thought. I was able to work on day 3 and once the cast came off on day 7, I was shocked to see the transformation. I still have swelling but if I'm happy and I wonder how much happier I will be in another few weeks!!!!!

My original rhinoplasty was done in 2007 and needless to say it did not go the way that I was hoping (it actually turned out worse then when I went in). I am so grateful that I made the decision to have my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Stein and his amazing team of nurses. I wish I had started with him but that's in the past & I am here now - smiling and shocked and how everything turned out :)

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. Stein. Since I was a child, I had an overly large nose and a recessed chin. I always felt just a bit left out when meeting new people and dating. Dr. Stein helped me set realistic expectations and was direct and honest about what could be achieved--and he achieved a lot. I would say that he over-delivered and I am very satisfied with my rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. Just within 6 weeks, I have noticed that people make SO much more eye contact with me and people seem more at ease around me. The surgery outcome looks very natural. The recovery was super easy. I didn't need the pain medicine and you'll be informed clearly about what to expect during your recovery process. His staff is top notch and will answer all of your questions and keep you encouraged. If you're on the fence, go ahead and schedule a consultation. You won't be disappointed.

From the beginning I knew the staff members enjoyed what they were doing and they were very helpful to answer any questions I had prior to making my decision. After my first phone call with the very nice front desk staff and video chat with the doctor, I felt comfortable in making my decision of going to Dr. Stein for my rhinoplasty.

I would recommend asking any questions that you may have as this helps ease anxiety. Dr. Stein was very knowledgeable and knew right away he could assist in decreasing the size of my nose. I would have liked a little more input about what to expect the day of surgery and how you may feel in the first few weeks after surgery, but any time I wasn't certain Dr. Stein and his staff were available to answer my questions even after hours.

Six weeks out now, I'm very happy with the results and I look forward to the swelling to go down to see my nicely refined nose! My best advice is to breathe deeply and be patient while your nose heals!

It is difficult to put into words how happy I am with the results. I have wanted to have a rhinoplasty for about 45 years and finally said ok... let's do this. Ironically COVID was the ""tipping point"" for me. I realized I enjoyed wearing a mask because people could see my pretty eyes and not my nose which I have disliked all my life. I am 100%+ satisfied with the results of my rhinoplasty and repair of my deviated septum. 6 weeks later I feel great and think I look great. I experienced minimal pain/discomfort the first few days and bruising was much less than I expected. I did not need to have my nose broken which did eliminate more bruising. Dr. Stein is a fantastic surgeon. He explains the procedure thoroughly and was very clear on helping me set realistic expectations. I have thick skin which added a complication and he was very clear on what he could/could not do. I felt so confident in him and skills that the day of the surgery I did not feel a bit nervous. I still have some minor swelling but am totally pleased with it today. I can't imagine being more pleased in six weeks but he has assured me I will be. I encourage anyone who is thinking of a rhinoplasty to set up an appointment with Dr. Stein. My personal words of advice are: be realistic, do the surgery for yourself only (not to please anyone else) and do not pay attention to those that say ""your nose is just fine"" or ""but you won't look like you anymore"". I have zero regrets.

Several months since my facelift by Dr. Adam Stein, I am reflecting on my feelings about the procedure. As we all know there are the 4 C's for diamonds, but there are also the four C's for his practice. Dr. Stein is a highly COMPETENT surgeon. In addition he COMMUNICATES well informing a patient what he can do for you (no false promises) and does it in an extremely professional manner. Your fears and concerns are quickly relieved and he is always there to answer any questions. He and his staff are COMMITTED to helping you have the best experience possible, and all of them are very CARING. I love my results and am happy to say that Dr. Stein is the Creme de la Creme!

Dr. Stein did a wonderful job on my rhinoplasty. He did exactly what I asked for. The results look so, so good and very natural. He is not a hand holder and tells you exactly what to expect, which I appreciate. His surgical skills combined with his absolutely wonderful and attentive office staff, make for a fantastic result and experience. I would not go anywhere else in NC for a rhinoplasty.

Even though It was a drive to get here, It was worth it! Many people think i was really brave to get surgery done but I feel like Dr. Stein Staff made everything go smoothly. I felt really comfortable. It didn't hurt one bit.

I came in for a revision rhinoplasty (I had a nose job 18 years earlier). Dr. Stein and his staff were wonderful. Moving around millimeters has made a huge difference in my appearance but has been imperceptible to my friends and co-workers. They say I have lost weight or done something with my hair. All say I look better but they cannot tell why. I should have come in years ago. If you are on the fence, get off of it. This was a decision I would do again without question. I would give Dr. Stein and his team the highest recommendation possible.

Words can not express how happy i am with the results, I can look in the mirror now instead of avoiding it, Dr. Stein made me look refreshed and younger. After researching plastic surgeons for several months I found Dr. Stein. At the initial consultation he and his staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was able to have my Rhinoplasty and chin augmentation shortly there after and love the results. Dr. Stein kept in contact over the next several days after my surgery to make sure I was doing well. My results are very natural. I feel like this is the nose and chin I should have been born with. Thank you Dr. Stein!!
