Don't waste your time. The customer service was horrible! I brought my daughter here to get fitted for tap shoes because she has a wide foot. The women tried to tell me she didn't need a wide shoe even though her foot was spilling out of the shoe and the buckle on the velcro strap only came to the middle of her foot. I believe that she did not have a wide in my daughters size and was just trying to sell me something. When I told her I did not want the tap shoes but still needed ballet slippers, she impatiently told me that some other sales person would have to help me, that she had a fitting to do. That is when I proceeded to tell her we would go somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.
