We’ve done business with Cornerstone Construction for over 10 years. They are not only the go-to group for construction needs for our business, but we also utilize them in a subcontractor capacity with our clients. They provide extraordinary service and we have no hesitation to engage them for the smallest to the largest construction project. Their proficiency and expertise, along with their exemplary customer service has made them a most valued vendor. They are a great group to work with and are almost like family. Having taken over a property where Cornerstone has done repairs/upgrades for 6- years & having done business with Cornerstone Construction for almost 6 months now since we toke over this property, I can honestly say as a Project Manager for 10- communities in 5- states that Cornerstone is the best construction company that I have ever work with. As a Project Manager and being In charge of all Capital Improvements, I've used Cornerstone for a variety of work so far from roof leaks, painting, sidewalk repair, Weatherization Projects, Plumbing Projects, General Carpentry, and much more. This company is very much On Top of Things and can take care of everything you can dream up as well as things that need attention Right Now. When I first met Ryan he brought me a huge list of History for this property we had just bought witch was Extremely helpful and actually Ryan did not have to provide this to us. The crews that Ryan has sent to complete these projects are Very Professional and Ryan Enggas is so, so knowledgeable in all aspects of construction, he can help figure out anything!.

Ryan and his company have dived into some Very Difficult to figure out situations and came up with Very Good alternative ways to solve these issues.

I really could not be Happier that this company exists in an area where I need these type of services, I only wish I could take him to the other properties in the other 4- states of my portfolio.
