Managers need more training!

This place has the worst management in town. Recently, my order was wrong, and I called back to tell them. The manager on duty, hung the phone up on me. I could see if I wasn't polite, but that wasn't the case. You never hang up on a customer. I can understand being busy an what not, but hanging up on people doesn't cut it. They will never get my money again. I'm glad I have other Chilis in my area.
