They were very customer oriented, helped us as we waited for a repair on my wife’s sewing machine. Offered classes on new machine, extremely helpful learning new techniques. We will always deal with Carolina Sew-N-Vac in Raleigh, just an outstanding shop and owner.

The owners are very nice, honest people who are a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to fix one of my machines for a very low fee. I've also taken many of the fun embroidery classes they offer and learned so much. They sell high quality Baby Lock machines and provide excellent support. I highly recommend them!

I took my Dyson upright vacuum to this sorry excuse for a business and the owner of the store treated me like crap!!! He actually kicked me out of his store only after I tried to demonstrate what was wrong with a vac I had asked them to fix. Dyson referred me to this place as one of their service dealers but they should really screen who takes care of their customers better. When the owner of business tells you "you can take your business somewhere else" that has to says a lot about what type of business this is. Dyson, pick up the ball and stop sending your customers to incopetent businesses like this!!! Anyone who does a little research online will find other similar posts with no trouble.

Carolina Sew-n-Vac has phenomenal service. When I read the other reviews I was SHOCKED! I have never experienced anything but excellent service and sales advice. My family has been shopping here for years and has bought several machines from Bob. Bob is always so helpful as well as his grown grandson. I appreciate their sense of humor and their fair prices. Bob's wife is also so sweet and has always been helpful as well.

Don't go there, very unprofessional Bob and his grown grandson. They were nasty and just don't care (no compassion)
