Wonderful experience with Blue Ridge for both Obstetrics and Gynecology! I love all of the Physicians at both locations as well as the administration staff. They were always willing to try to work around my schedule for appointments, something that is not commonly found around here. I always felt welcomed, that my voice was heard and questions answered.

Reception area is rude. The old women need to retire if they haven't already. Cranky old bats



Dirty. One of the rooms smelled so bad I wanted a different room and they told me this was the only one.



Do not go here..

NEVER GO TO THIS PRACTICE! the staff is rude, the front desk receptionist lets the "F" word fly and you felt like you were running a timed race to get in and out. No one was cordial including the MD"s. . As if that wasn't enough the room they put me in had not been cleaned and the nurse rolled her eyes when I pointed out the paper on the table was dirty. At the end of my visit I asked to speak to the office manager and was told she was busy and did not handle "patient comments" This was at the Durant Road location. You would think with the competition of offices they would try a little harder!
