I forgot to drop off my tux on the way to work and ended up needing it dry cleaned same day to have something to wear to my company's xmas party. I called after hours and Andre answered the call and coordinated early morning drop-off the next day...and, most importantly, he delivered on his commitment to have the suit ready by 3pm. Saved the day and I'll definitely use them again!

Worst experience ever. I moved here 7 months ago from California and needed to have a few things dry cleaned. Among this stuff, was my favorite sweater of all time. I've had the sweater for a few years and had it dry cleaned a ton of times. The day after I dropped it off, I received a phone call saying that my sweater has been ruined. I bought this sweater in London and paid over 2 hundred for it. They said they followed the directions on the sweater. I've had this sweater dry cleaned at multiple locations over the years. I'm so disappointed and angry. The best they could do, was give me a check for $80. They told me to contact the store and they should reimburse me. First off, it's not about the money. Second even if the store was in this state, I doubt they would do anything years later. I just want my sweater back to before I took it to this horrible place. Worst part of all, the stains are still on my sweater. How's that even possible?

Bedford Cleaners ruined a suit jacket (over $700). When I spoke with the owner, he stated it was not his fault, there was nothing he was going to do about it, and called me an "Ignorant customer."



Very unprofessional, very irresponsible and very rude!



Will never use them again and would strongly suggest no one else does!
