I called this morning for tow service & guy came less than 30 minutes & he towed my car up the hill,I told him please tow my car straight ahead but he took the car at right of the intersection, where was much snow & he never heard my request..
The person was too rude..
When I requested for towing they told $125.00 per hour.that guy finished tow service about in 10 minuets & I gave him a credit card for payments charged $250..
Don’t call to them for towing

My car was towed from you guys marked as "Abandoned", I had a lot of expensive items in the car from laptop, cell phone, OBD Scanner, and a lot of important paperwork and equipment for work. My lienholder was contacted and the car was picked up from you guys only to find out you guys cleaned out my vehicle. I was in there a few weeks earlier to try and retrieve my items and I was told I was only allowed to get car seats and medication. With my knowledge you guys did NOT have legal permission to access the vehicle at all! I was told by an employee of yours that a "background check" will be conducted to see if I am able to retrieve my items. (WAS SAID IN A RECORDED PHONE CALL).
I had law enforcement and emergency equipment in the vehicle. As well as fire rescue equipment. There was also a police expandable baton, that one was very valuable to me. It had my fathers ashes in whom was killed in the line of duty. It was the same baton he used when alive. I would just like my items back

These guy took great care of my Grandmother in her time of need as a family we would like to say THANKS!
