First things first - Whitney is AMAZING! Very few people can cut my weird curly\/wavy/frizzy long hair and not leave me in tears. Her personality is awesome and I look forward to our appointments - never thought I'd say that about getting my hair done! Usually I have to force myself to do the maintenance because I'm so afraid of how my hair will turn out! But Whitney knows exactly the length to cut and is a true artist with the gloss/glaze which is important now that I'm turning into a gray-haired old lady.



I followed her from her previous salon and any place that has her is a lucky one. Speaking of the salon itself - I love the serene atmosphere, the friendly staff and convenient location. It's just a cool little place with a spa-like vibe. I can't stand salons that seem chaotic and rushed. Bacio is never a factory, they make you feel like you're their only client.
