I have received very poor service from this company. They bought out a cable company in Texas with whom I had used their services while I lived there. They are impossible to deal with and are unwilling to provide customers with relevant information and timely service, from the top of the chain to the bottom. I've been trying to get a refund from them for over six months now. I really don't have any positive experience to report with this company. I'm pretty disappointed.
