Provided by YP.comI've been going to the Bluegrass for the last 3 years and have had great success. The salon is well managed and Stacey (the owner) is fantastic. Prices are reasonable and the service super! (In fact, I moved to CT and when I go back to WI, I make sure I go see Stacey for a cut!)
