We had very bad car problems- very far away from home.

Over the phone and never seeing us before - they gave us great confidence and ease as we had our car towed to their Shop- assuring us not to drive it till it gets checked out.

Less than 12 hours later- a call from Jared- that he fixed the car and the problem was the entire tire almost detatched! At a high speed on the highway we realize this could've been a fatality! Thank God for his great knowledge and judgement- even over a long distance phone call and a bing a very caring human being. In the end a VERY honest man and Business to be highly commended and recommended to anyone looking for tremendous, trusted mechanics! Thank you Jared and Pinkalla!

AWESOME customer service and conflict resolution! Took my Subaru in for an oil change before a long trip. About 500 miles into my drive, I noticed a fairly bad oil leak! I was so upset. It was 10:00 at night and there was no answer/no voicemail on the shop phone. I sent them a Facebook message. They responded immediately and even gave me their mechanic Jared's phone number. I called him and he discussed some things I could do, he really cared about my troubles. Upon return from my trip, almost 3,000 miles later, I took my car back to look for the problem. It turned out to be a faulty gasket on my oil drain plug. Jared replaced the entire plug, new gasket, and gave me an oil change at no charge. He aired up my tires, refilled my washer fluid, and checked all other fluids - plus a general inspection of my undercarriage and tires. Needless to say, I could have been pissed off because the oil leak did cost me money, time and sanity on my trip - but Jared and the Pinkalla team dealt with me by honestly caring, and fixed the problem. Truth is, the gasket is not really their fault or my fault, we both took a loss, but in the end my car is fixed and they have a customer for life. Thanks Pinkalla!!

If you are a new customer be prepared for a rude experience. If you are black or mexican I suggest you keep driving past pinkalla because Jared comes off as a racist and disrespectful little man.work on your communication skills buddie!
