I have heated my home with wood all my life and Palmer's Firewood located on Luzern Road in Queensbury, NY is the most dishonest wood vender I have ever purchased wood from. I ordered one cord of green hard wood as I was buying ahead for next season. When Mr. Palmer dumped the wood in my yard I saw right away it was far less than a full cord. When I raised that concern Palmer insisted it was a full cord.

My wood shed is 16' long and 6' high so a cord of wood will fill that space. The cord delivered by Palmer filled 2/3rds of that space and the chunks were cut to 14" length rather than the standard 16" length.

The wood itself was poor quality and consisted of white birch, hemlock and a small amount of beach. This is junk wood and not good for heating a home.

Palmer refuses to answer his phone when I call and has not returned messages I left. He knows that he did me wrong with his scam and no way will he make it right.

Buy your wood some place else.
