horrible service,charged my elderly mother 150 just to look at her boilet.i would definitely not recommend. consumer stay away.

On Time. The plumber they sent over was great and so was his work. The experience overall was great. I like these guys because they are professionals, they offer good responsive service and are courteous to boot! Village Plumbing & Heating Co did great work. Done on time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Has been knowledgeable and reliable. I've used Village Plumbing & Heating Co several times for various plumbing issues I have had. The repairmen have always been on time, been courteous and knowledgeable. They are not the cheapest place going, but they get the job done right the first time and they SHOW up! Thanks Guys.

In January 2012. I spoke to a young lady name Dee. About an estimate on A flue Damper in which you wanted to charge me $850.Check on line and the part cost $110.They also showed a diagram how to install, it says approx. installing time is 30 minutes. you must get $500 a hour and more.What a rip-off.. If i spoke to Dee and the this review was left by Daliladee Which explains that VILLAGE PLUMBING LEAVES THERE OWN REVIEWS.DONT TRUST THEM

I would give them no stars if I could. I called this company when my forced air furnace stopped working after a fan which was scrapping finally seized. I was told that I needed to replace a large part and given a price over $1,000. I asked the service man to tell me how much is labor and how much is the part. He instructed me to call his office. I spoke to a hostile women who told me that they don't itemize, "Take it or leave it." Then I spoke to another man who yelled at me. They were so hostile that I felt myself mentally backing away until I asked them why they were being so mean given that I had not used an angry tone. I told them I did not want them to do the work and the woman called me again to offer a $200 discount. Glad I don't use these mean people because the next company charged me $500 and itemized me bill.

I would highy recommend Village Plumbing. My boiler was leaking and when I called for service i spoke directly to a licensed plumber who was knowledgable and friendly. They responded within a few hours and fixed the problem on the spot. The plumber that came to my house was attentive, professional and courteous. I have referred several friendsand neighbors and they also had a very positive experience,

I had a leak. I called Village Pluming, they told me they would have someone at my house within the hour. 30 minutes later the plumber was there. 15 minutes later the leak was fixed. Great customer service, great prices, would definitely use Village Plumbing again.

Great company and customer service. We use Village Plumbing and Heating consistently for our commercial and residential property. They are always there to pick up the call and come check out what's wrong. They are extremely reliable and have fixed every issue to 100% satisfaction. 2 thumbs up! Would highly recommend to anyone

Do not trust these guys! We called them to fix a leak in the bathroom. They told my mother the problem was "condensation." They charged $103 to tell her that!



If you read their reviews on Google, you realize that they are targeting poor people and immigrants, and they charge very high prices for easy jobs.



If you have a bad experience with them, call the Special Investigative Services in the NYC Department of Buildings Agency. In Queens, their number is (718) 286-0600. You can also reach them via 311. File a complaint. Don't let these guys target people in our communities.

I had a very bad leak in my house last week and called Village Plumbing & Heating. The man on the phone was very courteous and very knowledgable...He immediately knew what the problem was and promised to send a plumber within the hour....the problem arrived within 20 minutes of my call, and was able to fix the leak at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Village Plumbing & Heating to everyone.
