I asked him for a rare product. He said he would go find it in his store, but that there are very few of these types of products in stock (it was a momentary push button that functions as an electrical switch). I blurted out that it was an old product (we installed it 30 years ago) and he turned around and asked me if I checked Home Depot first. I've never bought anything from Home Depot, but of course I checked there. And when I told him that he refused to even look for the product and he said he couldn't help me. He went back to reading his paper. He said he hates hearing the name Home Depot. I wouldn't be surprised if his business is not doing that well, he takes about as much care for his customers as he does for his store, which a total mess.
