I love my long hair but it needed at least 2 inches off, so I found a cute picture with the length I wanted and the layers I wanted. she even repeated back "okay, so lots of layers and 2 inches?" she was friendly at first. then she commented on the baby hairs I had from a past dying and that my hair gets knotty easily. after my cut I thought it looked great but the second I took a closer look, if seems as though some layers mostly on the left side of my head and my hair doesn't look like the picture. pretty disappointed. not awful, just disappointed.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! I walked in, and a blond woman walked up to me with a frown on her face and said boldly, "Phone number??" No hello, no 'How are You?' I gave her my phone number, which of course it wasn't in the system since it was my first time. I then told her I had an appointment. I had to get an updo for my wedding. While a nice young lady did my hair, the same blond lady took a male customer who ended up walking out because he was dissatisfied with the way she wanted to cut his hair. (He simply didn't want it parted down the middle to cut).



She then proceeded to berate the poor gentleman and talk badly about him with the rest of the entire salon, which I found atrocious and so unprofessional! She was simply very miserable and seemed to hate her job, at least that's the impression I got!



I was very dissatisfied with my updo, as even after I showed her a photo she didn't do much with my hair except curl it, but I guess that's what I get for going to a random salon and not doing a trial, as the stylist seemed nice otherwise.



But I would NEVER, and i mean NEVER, set foot in that salon again, after hearing the way they talk about people and after the terrible customer service I encountered.

Decided to try out Super Cuts in Quakertown for the first time earlier this week. I completely regret going to this salon. I told the lady who did my hair exactly what I wanted, even showed her an old picture of how it was. She seemed like she knew what she was doing and understanding of what I wanted. When I got to see the end result of my new hair cut, I was so shocked at how it looked - absolutely horrible. The girl butchered my hair and it looks like someone took dull kitchen scissors to my hair. I will never be going to this place again and will definitely never recommend it to anyone I know.

I couldn't ask for a better service. I get compliments on my hair cut every time I'm there. Great going Supercuts
