Terrible company. They say that they can make ANY cable.



After making 6 phone calls with no response, I decided to just email them. After almost 10 email exchanges, the amazing sales rep Joe Rosenberger asked me to send a photo of the cable because he was clueless. I sent the company a photo and he then asked me to send the cable in so that they could have the exact male end that I needed. I specifically told Joe that, "Unlike the photo I sent you, (which had one made end) I need a cable with two male ends. I also ordered a video cable.



Two weeks later I received only the video cable. I send Joe another email and he said that they didn't get around to making the cable yet. When I finally got the custom cable it had TWO FEMALE ENDS and they lost the cable that I sent to them which is the only one that I had and trusted the company with.



Joe told me that the company "questioned my use of the cable that I wanted them to make for me" which I guess to them means they can send me any cable of their choosing and throw away my original cable.



This whole process took well over a month and I still do not have the cable I need.
