Dr. Door is very friendly and professional. Treats you like a friend.

I have been doing to Dr. Door since March of 09 and they have been nothing but great! I don't know what the other comment is about - but the receptionist and Dr. Door are wonderful and care about their patient's health and more important recovery. I would highly recommend this office to anyone

I came down with Bells Palsy on the 28th of July and I immediately went in to see Dr. Door. Dr. Door treated me 3 to 4 times a week for 2 weeks, then down to 2 times a week for a couple of weeks. I am now receiving a treatment once a week and I am about 95% healed. Dr. Door also referred me for massage which also greatly helped with the pain and tension in my neck and face. I felt that Dr. Door took great care of me and had a great deal of concern for my health. My family and I have been going to Dr. Door for a number of years now and we have been very pleased with the care we have been given. I recommend Dr. Door to all my friends and family. I trust Dr. Door and his staff completely. If you or anyone you know happens to come down with Bells Palsy, by all means seek Chiropractic for help, as well as over all health. I also recommend Dr. Door for anyone in the greater Puyallup area.

Dr. Door is the BEST!! He is such a caring person, always on-time and always has time to talk to me and discuss my health concerns. I have been going to chiropractors for over 15 years, and he is the best!

So far so good. It has been one thing after another to where the majority of the family is being treated weekly. It has been about three of weeks or so. The X rays were displayed and discussed, in office, in depth. Really no need to take anything home to look at or go over. The second visit on every incidence has lead to take home treatment information to look over and just educate ones self. I find that more productive than trying to muddle through the penmanship of any doctors notes.



I do miss some of the amenities of our former clinic we used to go to but the customer service is good and it is a clean facility.. We've had a major move to include climate change. So no chance of going back in case you are wondering why we left the other clinic.

Dr. Door, as well as his staff are some of the most friendly, courteous and professional medical staff I have ever had the pleasure to be treated by I've had back issues most of my life and have seen many chiropractors, Dr. Door is by far, my favorite. He is corteous, makes my son and I both very relaxed when we come in. His reception staff is always friendly and I actually look forward to seeing them each time I go in. I have found them very forgiving of difficulties in making appointments. I do not do so often, but I have missed an appointment or 2 over the years and have never encountered mistreatment becasue of this. I have recommended friends and family to this clinic and will continue. This is one Dr. who does not recommend extensive visits for the sake of his bank account. He ecommends what works for your particular issue. Thank you Dr. Door and office staff.

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years! When I have an issue with my back and I go to see Dr Door, I am treated and givens tips on how to alleviate any pain I may be having between visits. The office staff like Dr. Door himself has always been friendly, kind, courteous, and professional. I used to get migraines and lived on advil. Not any more! Once Dr. Door "straightened" me up, I have been migraine free. Dr. Door gives back to the community as well by supporting various charities (i.e. American Cancer Society's Relay For Life). Not only do I consider Dr. Door a great chiropractor, I also consider him a friend as well! I have been to other chiropractors prior to seeing Dr. Door. While those chiropractor's were good, Dr. Door is great. You would do well to pay a visit to Willows Chiropractic Clinic and Dr. Door.

A relative of mine recommended Dr. Door to me with high regard, and I haven't had any problems with them so far. Dr. Door was friendly and really helped my lower back feel better. Staff was courteous and got me in quickly when I called in, can't really make an appointment due to my work schedule, so I have to just call to get worked in. I had to wait for about 20 minutes one time, but I was hurting, so it was worth it.

Dr. Door was reasuring and made me feel comfortable at the office and when was working on me, he explained what he was doing and worked quickly. I haven't had a problem with the staff yet, so far they seem nice and know what they're doing. Had one question that the lady upfront didn't know, but knew next time I came in. Pretty happy so far.

I requested my medical records and X-ray impressions (not the actual films) about 2 weeks ago and still have not received them. I was told they would be ready a week ago. I asked the receptionist to mail them to me and bill me for any charges for postage or for the copies themselves which I would be happy to pay for (if that is an issue). I have not heard or received anything. I have contacted them several times regarding the delay on providing me access to my medical records which I am entitled to review and maintain myself by law before I have to take further action.I like to maintain all of my records at home and of course read them no matter what kind of doctor I am seeing. If I am paying for it, I believe I am entitled to know every detail of my medical health. I thought this was common but I guess not since Dr. Door and his office found it very strange and suspicious in nature when I made this request. Which makes me very suspicious that they are so reluctant to provide the info
