I came in today to see chelsey and she was absolutely amazing with me. I told her it was my first time getting my lip done and she was completely nice about it. She even was super sweet to my daughter. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a wax. Beyond great customer service. I will be going back from now on . Thank you girl!!!

The former owner, Stacey, had been doing my hair forever. I thought I would find a great salon closer to home when Stacey retired. Wrong! I totally trust Lucille and she listens to how I want to handle my curly, fast growing hair. There are more expensive salons around but they are not better.

A visit to Salon Boulay is nothing short of the best experience ever. A relaxed environment and tip top service. Received the best perm this Saturday. Love, love love it. Don't hesitate to give Lucile a call.

I travel from Bremerton to have my hair done here because I know I can trust Lucille and she will listen to what I want done.The shop is cozy and relaxing. I couldn't be more pleased with the services I have received.

Be very careful ladies: Especially Brides! I had my hair cut and colored 6 weeks prior to my wedding. We talked about doing my hair for my wedding day. Lucille put a couple of curls in my hair and it looked nice - and most people would style after a cut and color anyway. Our plans changed and we decided to have a brunch with the wedding party - on New Years Eve, so I called 2 weeks prior to the wedding - and cancelled the appointment with Lucille. She still charged my Visa $85.00!!!! I really thought I had found a place I could trust with my business - but I will never go back after being taken advantage of. Also be careful - my credit card number was written down in her appointment book - not a very secure practice with my card information. Just wanted to let people know - so your info isn't compromised and so you don't get charged for services not provided. I would understand if I hadn't cancelled - but I made sure she knew 2 weeks prior to the event.....not good business practices. Good Luck! Happy Bride who found a place I can trust!

I have never been able to find a place that listens to me and is able to give me exactly what I want. From my first visit Nicole listened to what I was looking for and gave me exactly that. I have been going here for about a year and have never been disappointed. Plus, I have never had so many compliments on my hair cut and color from both friends and strangers. You guys do a wonderful job. Keep it up!

Words cannot express how much I love going to Salon Boulay!!! Lucille is one of the most down to earth ...talented....people that I have ever met. When a botched dye job and haircut in a Federal Way salon...left me in tears...I do mean TEARS....a friend suggested that I give Lucille a call. I did and I can not tell you how thankful I was that I did....I don't know if I ever really expressed to Lucille how much I appreciated what she did for me....I can tell you I left with a huge smile....and no tears....THANK YOU LUCILLE !!!!!!

I stumbled upon Salon Boulay when I had reached my usual high pitched panic mode needing a haircut! Dex listed several but the reviews of Boulay caught my eye. Took a chance and was amazingly thrilled with the results. Lucille and her sidekick seemed to be having a party when I arrived. Lots of banter and laughing between the two customers already there and themselves. I immediately felt comfortable and was welcomed into the conversation. They didn't even have a secret handshake or anything! I was impressed. I wanted a perm that wasn't poodle-ish and Lucille found big rods in the back. Fast forward - big fun, very efficient, great perm, happy customer, and, on the way out . . . I didn't have my glasses on . . . I signed the credit card slip and rounded up for the tip. I had the Brazilian Blowout done on Saturday July 24th. I'm not going to lie; I was a bit nervous and pretty skeptical. When I was done my hair felt so soft, and was straight like Lucille had flat ironed it......the real test would be Sunday morning when I had to do my hair myself. I was amazed! I washed and blow dried my hair, and it was just as if I Lucille had done my hair....I'm totally sold! My hair looks and feels healthier......and I get to sleep in an extra 30 minutes a day :)Thanks Lucille :)

I live in Vancouver, BC and have been to Salon Boulay several times. Although it takes me a couple of hours to drive there, it is well worth the trip.I went to a salon in Vancouver and specifically asked for 'cool' tone highlights. I went home and the next day my hair was 'orange'. The Vancouver salon could not fix it. I drove to Puyallup and Lucille was able to correct my hair and refoiled and colored my hair the exact shade of blond that I was looking for.Not to mention that my hair feels more healthy and looks rich with a brilliant shine.I would recommend this salon for haircuts and excellent color!!!Thank you so much Lucille for fixing my hair color when no one else could.

My daughter and I have been going to Salon Boulay for about two years now, Lucille and Nicole are awesome! Lucille and Nicole always make you feel special and comfortable - they work so well together! Going to Salon Boulay is a fun, relaxing experience ....we always look forward to our next appointment :) We always get compliments on our hair, we recommend Salon Boulay to all our friends.

I don't even know where to start. Nicole and Lucille are always friendly. I try to get anyone I can to make a trip to meet these two because every time I go I have the best experience. They also have a wide variety of different things you can have done but I highly recommend the Lemon Fizz. It's the most relaxing, enjoyable treatment I've ever had.

I normally don't write reviews, however I believe this salon warrants it. They have great customer service and make you feel very comfortable. Being a guy that isn't always the case in a salon. I have color and a haircut and both a great. I would highly recommend this salon to both men and women.

Lucille has been my stylist for years and I would follow her anywhere. I get compliments on my hair all the time. She listens to what I want and helps me decide how my hair would lookit's best. I have been visiting Salon Boulay for about the last nine months and am thrilled that I found them! From my first visit, I have been nothing but pleased. They take their time doing individual consultations ensuring that they're hearing your requests so that you walk out feeling beautiful and even more pleased a few weeks later when you still have a great cut.
