Dr Molly Bruggeman was was so helpful and very knowledgeable of my health concerns.

I have such confidence in my doctor, he is personable, conservative, and super knowledgeable! I feel safe having anything done at this facility. The phlebotomy technician is the best and hasn't missed yet!! Lol From the front of the office to the back, I would recommend Kaiser Permanente if Puyallup to anyone!!

Today I met with Anastasia Lisa Collins and she was hands down the rudest not only doctor but person I have ever met. She was cold and short and made me feel like I was less than the dirt on her shoes. She clearly had her mind made up about me before she even met me. She has zero interest in why I was there or my story. She clearly was not educated in the reason I was there but also not willing to help me get to someone that would be better fitted for my needs. Needless to say my family and I will be switching medical providers if Kaiser will allow someone like her to work for them then we will never give them another dime. I would give zero stars if I could.

Dr. Collin's and Alexis handled everything very professional. I can tell they both enjoy working and taking care of their patients. I felt my concern was handled well.

All of my concerns were answered. The Therapist was knowledgeable and gave information on what I needed to do regarding my usage and supplies for my CPAP.
