We have been going to this mazatlan since they came to Bonney lake the owner knows us. As we have frequented so often. It was my birthday in November and we had a large party of I think like 15 they sat us and gave two baskets of chips that were half full then were reluctant to give refills when I asked for more baskets as everyone couldn't reach and would get like two chops and would be out the owners wife and waitress refused to give is more needless to say this was the last visit we haveade to this establishment we have had troubles prior to this also this was just the straw that broke the camels back when you go for your birthday want to have an enjoyable evening and get treated like this it's very disappointing to say the least we have found a better place in Lakeland hills and the food is better also try it

I have never written a restraint review before but my experience at Mazatlan’s was so bad I had to write. This Mazatlan site accidentally over charged on our bill and when it was pointed out they tried to using bullying and belittling to make us drop our request to correct their error. I’m a polite quite customer and was overwhelmed by how rude the Manager was. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?

Went to take my husband here for his birthday...the food wasn't that great and the service was even worse! Got drinks wrong, had to go up and ask for silverware and had to wait for any kind of service. They weren't even that busy, now I know why!

i only call mexicans wetbacks/dustbutts if they swim or run over the fence and steal social security number's so they can work for their family members. any place that employs people like this that use SS numbers (like mine!) deserve to be shut down. osvaldo, i'm coming after you!
