Save yourself time, frustration, and effort! I thought I was getting a good deal and moved forward with booking an appointment. I wasn't given options told when I was fit in their day's agenda even when I mentioned what day I preferred and that was it. I went along with it. The hydroseed was not laid evenly there is are lines where no grass has grown due to the lady applying the mix and moving / swinging the hose to fast. Apparently there was far more mulch than seed as there are areas where there are not only no dead seeds but no sign there were seeds or seeds that attempted to germinate that were even applied. Complete rip off. Carol is rude, crass, and has no customer service skills. Gets defensive when questioned and completely unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE! Website is not laid out well and absolute no paperwork other than your receipt is given. When I questioned the research I did and inquired to Carol one of the few times I called, she got loud with me like I was suppose to know the answer. They should not be able to serve the public with their false promises and poor presentation of needed information!
