From the initial contact with Doug, to the completion of the transaction, this was a refreshingly perfect experience. Patrick (computer guru extraordinare) was at our office within hours. He not only fixed a major crash, he also took care of some annoying inconveniences in software applications. And all with a pleasant personality and extremely fair pricing! We highly recommend this locally-owned business over any of the "big" guys!

My work computer went down the other day and i called aegis, they treated me great fixed my compter fast and had it back to me by the next day! Thanks for everything Aegis i did not even miss a day of work! (I tell everyone that has a computer problem to call aegis!)
