This business is run by a scam artist. Joe lies, is rude to his employees and customers, and is untrustworthy. We have purchased a number of appliances that were recommended by him and his staff. They offer free installation, but once the sale is made they look for excuses not to install. They once broke an appliance at delivery and attempted to install it with duct tape over a crack instead of replacing what they had broken. They acted like I was unreasonable for insisting on a new one. Recently, when our $700 (2 year old) dishwasher broke they said the part was back ordered 10 weeks. They never called, and when I reached out to them 3 months later they said they’d check on it. A week later no response! I called again and was told that there was actually no ETA on that part. If I wanted it I should go find it myself, but if I did, they wouldn’t install it! The owner literally yelled from across his store for me to go find it myself. His customer service skills are nonexistent. He is rude, and I would never allow him in my home again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from JT Appliance!

Ripped my mother off horribly. Don't use his service ever he doesn't know the proper part. 1000 dollars stove broke. He can't fix something he sell
