Every time I go here, I leave asking myself WHY????? The staff has such an unfriendly attitude! Do these people read their own reviews and actually see how horrible their business is perceived to be? It wouldn't take very much to improve a little.....just a simple hello and a smile.....geeez!

Service very slow and lack of management presence. Staff less than courteous. Very bad experience. Product okay but seems they are not handling success very well. Lack of competition in the area may be only thing holding them up.

went on 8/20/11 and ordered the 10 pc special deal , 10 pc, 3 sides and 6 biscuits. The chicken was very soggy and the gravy was watery and we were shorted a biscuit. KFC is our favorite fried chicken place, but this was horrible. Mashed potatoes and coleslaw were fine.Will not be going back to this location in purcellville va.
