We have used several carpet cleaners over the years and never really been thrilled with the work. My neighbor has been using Superior for more than 10 years and finally convinced me to call them. I wish I had done it years ago. From the first call to their office, to the professional, clean cut and polite gentlemen that came out, our whole experience was wonderful. My carpets have never looked so clean and they dried really fast. I was so happy with the experience that I had them back a few weeks later to clean and seal the grout in my home. if you want a company that stands behind their work and is reasonably priced, CALL THESE people today!

We just closed on a house this morning and did the walkthrough. It was filthy. I panicked and found Superior Carpet Cleaning on my smartphone search. I called them and I think they sensed my anxiety because they couldn't have been more helpful. They had a crew out to my house this afternoon and cleaned all of the carpet and tile so we can move our things in tomorrow. I needed my sectional sofa cleaned last minute before some last minute guests came. I called Superior and they were very polite and professional on the phone. Bill squeezed me into his schedule and explained that once he saw my furniture, he could explain how if would be cleaned and what it would cost. Yesterday they came out and delivered on all their promises and then some. Did a FANTASTIC job. Sectional looks brand new. They were neat, professional and very polite. A real pleasure to have in my home. I have a new carpet cleaning company!

Just got into town yesterday to a new home that was supposed to be left clean. Needless to say, it was not up to our standards so we searched on our phone and found these guys. They were very polite and professional on the phone. In fact, they even changed their schedule for the day to accommodate us. The two gentleman that came out yesterday were efficient, professional and made our carpet look BRAND NEW. Price was in line with what I was expecting. Can't thank them enough for taking such great care of us. Would definitely recommend them.

I own and operate a moving company in PA. Last week we moved a client down to Port Charlotte and some how their pure white sofa and love seat got wet. I found Superior here on Dex and called them. They were very professional and polite on the phone. I dealt with Bill and he said not to worry, that he would take care of everything. Following completion of the job, they called me to update me on how things went. In addition, Bill emailed me before and after pictures of the results. When I followed up with my client, she was thrilled. She told me that Superior was able to get the water stains out and the furniture looked brand new. In fact she was so happy with the way she was treated, she actually hired them on her own to do additional work for her. I will likely never need to use this company again, but I thought it was important that they get recognized for a SUPERIOR JOB! Thanks again Brian W.

We are new to area and used these guys to clean carpet and Tile before we moved into our new home. They were professional to deal with and on time. The carpet smells like new and our grout is now white again. I will certainly use them again.

The other night my Dad fell in the living room and lay there for almost thirteen hours by himself. When the nurse arrived she called me and I made plans to fly down to Florida, but in the meantime, I looked on line for someone to clean up all the blood and feces from the carpet where he lay. Superior was great. The accommodated me into there schedule and did a fabulous job. It took almost two hours and a whole lot of there expertise, but every bit of the stain and odor is gone from Dad's carpet and favorite chair. While I am down here, I am having Superior come back next week to clean all the carpet and his mattress. Thank you Superior and thank you Dex Knows.

Needed my carpet and sofa cleaned for the first time. Researched this company and the process that they use. Phone staff very friendly and scheduled apt. Technician came out and explained how he would clean everything and answered all my questions. He also gave me an exact price in writing of the work to be completed. After agreeing to have work done, they set up and began cleaning. I was amazed at how professional and efficient they were. I was also a little embarrassed at how dirty my carpets were. As they cleaned them, I could see a HUGE difference. The carpets and sofa look and smell brand new and everything dried very quickly. I will absolutely use Superior again, as they were a pleasure to have in my home and I thought that they charged a very reasonable price for their high quality of work.

Hired this firm yesterday to clean my sofa and tile. Just moved here and did not who to call. They were on time, great attitude and my floors and sofa look brand new. Reasonable price for the superb work.

Today was the first time I used this company. Last month I had another local company come in and I don't know what they did but my carpet was dirty within a few days. Superior came and cleaned everything for me today and my carpet looks brand new. They explained why the carpet got dirty so quickly and what the other company did wrong. All I know is the carpet has not looked this great in eight years. Very happy. Thank You!

Just moved to a new home we were going to replace the drapes on two sliding glass doors. I mentioned it to these guys while they were here cleaning all of my carpet and tile. They looked at them and told me that I could have them cleaned and that they would look great. The next day they came back and cleaned the drapes and they look brand new. Superior did a great job all around. My floors and drapes look beautiful and the house smells so fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend this company. They were a pleasure to deal with and I felt that their charges were very fare.

We recently purchased a new home in Port Charlotte. The previous owners were supposed to leave the house clean. Needless to say, it was filthy and we did not know this until we did our walk through at 2pm. Our moving truck was coming the next day at 8:00am. I was frantic and searched for carpet cleaners with my phone. I called 2 other companies and Superior was the first to answer their phones. I explained the predicament that I was in and I could tell that they sensed my frustration. Within one hour they had a team knocking at my front door. They cleaned the four rooms of carpet and all the remaining tile and grout. Everything looks fabulous. The tile looks brand new and the carpet was completely dry with in a few hours. The gentlemen that came out were neat, very polite and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I felt that the price we paid was very fair, especially when considering the last minute speedy service. The next day my movers arrived and I was able to move my things into a clean home. In fact, Superior is going to come out next Tues to clean some of my furniture that I brought don with me. Thank you for a great job during an extremely frustrating situation. Do yourself a favor and call these guys for your cleaning.

New to area and have been getting most of my contractors from Dex Knows. This company is outstanding. I had them clean all my carpet and some of my ceramic tile. Both look great They were very prompt and professional and price was in line with what I am use to paying back home. Highly recommend Superior!!

I owned a carpet store for 35 years in Washington. I thought I new everything about cleaning carpet. After retiring and moving here, I needed to have my own carpets cleaned. After much research I decided to give Superior a try. Bill Comber, the owner, came out to meet with me and look at my carpets. After 5 minutes speaking with him, I knew his company was the one to use. In all my years in the business, I have never met someone more knowledgeable about cleaning carpet and furniture. I was totally impressed. The next week one of his crews came out to clean my 15 year old carpet. It looks almost new. Mr. Comber runs a very professional business and I would highly recommend that you call his company. All carpet cleaning is not the same. After years of being in the industry, I can tell you first hand...stay away from the franchises they just don't offer the same small company service and absolutely, don't fall for the coupons and ads that offer whole housecleaning for xx$ or xx$ per room. Like most tings in life, you get what you pay for. Hire these guys and you will be thrilled that you did.

Just moved to area. Found this company on line and they had great reviews. Called and found them to be very helpful. We set the whole job up to take place before I arrived there at my new home this past Sunday. I arrived to spotless floors. My tile looks brad new and the fifteen year old carpet that we were going to replace looks so good that we are going to now keep it. The work was phenomenal. The price was in line with what I was expecting to pay. What a wonderful welcome to the area. I hope anyone else I hire works out this well. Thank you Superior.
