Nestled along the banks of its namesake, Shell Creek provides a relaxing retreat surrounded by nature for active 55+ adults in Central Florida. Our beautiful RV community features a 24-slip marina, so it's easy for our residents to spend the day cruising the creek through the pristine countryside of the Sunshine State. Our spacious premium cottages feature one bedroom with a queen size bed to accommodate 2 guests, plus a sofa in the living room that could accommodate an additional guest. These rentals have a modern look and comes furnished with amenities that include a private bathroom, heat and central air conditioning, linens, washer and dryer, flat screen cable TV, Wifi service, and kitchen with full appliances and cookware provided. Outside is either a spacious porch or a concrete patio with a sitting area to enjoy the Florida weather, and a concrete driveway for easy parking.
