Hostess took 10 minutes to return to entrance. Informed us of 20 minute wait due to only 3 servers working. I gave her an ear full and told her she was not qualified for the hostess job. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I told her that any manager that staffs a full restaurant with 3 servers is more stupid than she is. Five tables seated outside had not received any beverage or seen a server for over 20 minutes. Arrival time was 7 pm Sunday July 25
