Loved the ice water, It was wet and the Ice was almost completely frozen and had a nice clean chlorine taste. I ordered the Fish and Chips. I couldn't really tell which was the fish or the chips as they were cooked a lot, nice and dry just how I like them. I especially liked that old grease flavor.
Seriously, nice view, terrible service, poor management, dirty and smells, overpriced, and the food is mediocre to poor at best. I will never go back unless it changes owners!!!!

New Owners, renovations, staff and food. Excellent dining experience. By the way, the view does not hurt. Breathtaking views. Highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be back.

The location is great. Huge outdoor bar on the water. The food is incredible. Had the sea bass which was the best I've ever had. The calamari salad is also excellent! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth checking out. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful marina setting, great food at a reasonable price, and our server, Nancy, was possibly the best ever!

Live music on the deck, but we opted for the peaceful atmosphere inside.

A bit of a drive, but we will return.

I absolutely love Cas Cay. We come here every time we are in Punta Gorda. Beautiful outdoor patio with a gorgeous view! The food is really great too! It's affordable seafood cooked to perfection. The servers are so nice- Steve especially! They also can host parties and have live singers occasionally which made our Friday night dinner quite entertaining. You won't be disappointed with a visit to Cas Cay.

My dining experience at Cass Cay was outstanding. Fantastic view, food, and service. Our family was greeted by friendly Chris who introduced himself as the manager, seated us, told us to enjoy our meal and ask for him if there were any problems. Our server was charming, funny, attentive, and quite knowledgeable about seafood and wine. When we were leaving we asked to speak with Chris to compliment him on our experience and were told he was pinch hitting as a dishwasher! This is clearly a place where everybody pitches in to keep Cass Cay a great dining experience.

EXCELLENT...Four of us dined at Cass Cay and everyone loved the Food. The dressing on the Calamari salad was light but with a nice warm/spice hit. Loved it and there was more than enough. Could not finish it. Nicely priced as well.

Great evening eventhough it was rather chilly! I usually sit outside. Jackie, hostess, suggested I sit inside. Told her my daughter and her boyfriend were coming. She said inside restaurant was filling up fast and I should get a table. She would make sure that the rest of my family found me. Everyone has always been very accommodating and the food has always been excellent!

The wife and I first tried Cass Kay back in October and fell in love with the relaxing views and gorgeous interior of the restaurant. We have been frequenting it a few times a month ever since. Food is excellent, and if you want first class service, ask for Brooke! She greets us with our drinks and makes the experience much more personable-definitely five star customer service. I recommend ordering the "fish blackboard" entree as it is the house specialty. Management is new and definitely needs some fine tuning but so much potential to be an outstanding venue. We look forward to going this Saturday to enjoy the live entertainment on the deck! Give this gem a shot.

Let me start by saying this restaurant is very new and took over a restaurant that had been run into the ground. The previous restaurant, which we think was Portaballa? Had a horrible menu of fried foods and lacked in many ways...we went twice and never returned. With that said my husband and I walked in to the newly renovated...

Ive enjoyed Cass Cay very much. Great smiling and knowledgable staff. They offer the most freshest fish options with a great price on the "Fish Blackboard. Last night the had fresh Atlantic Swordfish, Wahoo, Corvina, Ahi tuna, Organic Salmon, Mahi Mahi and fluke. The service and quality was exceptionable. One of the best dining atmosphers in Southwest Florida. You can just tell the manager chris and his the owners take real pride in this awesome place.

Our group of eight dined at Cass Cay last Saturday evening and our entire experience was wonderful! The hostess was charming and attentive, our waitress was delightful and efficient and of course, the location and view in Burnt Store Marina is perfect. We had a variety of dishes from Ahi Tuna and Amberjack fish to Prime Rib and Gnocchi with chicken.All our dinners were fabulous. There is outside dining as well, and a busy and fun bar. Can't say enough about our evening at Cass Cay!!! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

The best Grouper I have had! Updates to the restaurant are fantastic. Time to give this one a try if you are looking for a great new place.
