Inadequate Service

We had our septic tank pumped by A-1 Septic but was not A 1 service. The tank needed to be pumped a few years later as we have two 5,000 gallons tanks with a filter. They only pumped one tank out and never cleaned the filiter as we noticed when we had to get it pumped again later. So the money we spend was to a lot but they only pumped one tank out and not the two. This is only 7 year house with two people living in it and have had it pumped 3 times so far as the ones that pumped it only pumped one tank. So didn't do the full job but spent all the moey like we did. Be careful out there.
