This post office needs to give an employee evaluation on the old lady with glasses and sounds like shes been smoking for 65 years. Rude is the only word I have for her. She was awful to because I brought in a big box that spilt out 10 little crystals on the counter. Like I was a total inconvenience for her....really....isn't it her job to process my big expensive box that cost me a fortune to ship? That's fine I'll go to a different post office so I never have to see or hear her smoker voice again. Rude...rude....rude.

Never had one single problem and ladies who work there are very nice to me.

I went into USPS on Mcculloch at 4:00pm on January 14, 2010 and was mailing a money order to my brother so I was on the phone with him to get his address, I preceeded to ask the lady for a envelope and she threw the envelope on the counter and told me she couldn't help me until I got off the phone, All I wanted was an envelope and step aside to get his address as I have done before. As I stepped aside to ask my brother for his address, I looked over and she was pointing at me and talking about me to the other lady in a very big attitude manner. I would hope this gets back to them and be discussed on improving her customer service skills. I did not get her name but her description is dirty blonde hair, and glasses and Im sure the time frame can point her out. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
