Had entire yard landcaped along with irrigation system during new construction. Landscaping of decent quality. However, sod came infected with Necrotic fungus, still treating this after 6 years. You can't just re-sod as the fungus is now in the soil. Irrigation system from day one was totally in adequate: No overlap of zones and poor coverage which requires continous hand watering during the summer months. Spoke with contractor and total terrain numerous times of problem and it was never resolved. Only, given excuses and lip service. Would never do business with this company again.
