Not very satisfied as a customer..I qualified for the weatherization program leap sent Martinez heating in to replace my heater a few weeks later I noticed the heater was leaking in the attic I called Martinez heating to let them know i had trouble getting ahold of them finally got ahold of Andrew he came and said the pipe didn't glue right and said it was fixed I shouldn't have problems, now my heater is leaking I didn't know until my ceiling started cracking and leaking water on our furniture I have placed from 10 to 15 phone calls to Martinez heating to let them know the trouble im having I have called since Jan 13th we are now on Jan 18th and still no return phone call i have left pleading messages to please please call me back even marked my message as urgent with no return phone call. I called leap I was told they are subcontractors for them and I needed to call Martinez heating..my home owners insurance does not cover heaters and because Martinez heating don't call me back i had to find someone to come fix the problem come to find out the pipe that leaked in the same place from the 1st time i had to call Martinez heating was never glued and shows no sign of glue...customer must not mean much to them once they have been paid to do a job.
