Paid extra for a specific ridge cap I requested to be installed, they did charge me for it but put on a standard ridge cap. Approx. one month after roof was installed it began leaking around the air cooler, I called the office and owner several times and left messages, with no return calls. I seen the owner of the company approx. 2 weeks later and asked him if he had received my messages, he replied yes. I asked him why he did not return my call on the warrantied roof he became belligerent and yelled four letter words at me! I don’t believe integrity is the cornerstone of this business!!

Cornerstone is a very reputable company . They did my roof and it is fantastic no leaks good customer service very nice people.

I had them come out to put a new roof on my house due to the fact that the wind had blown it off (just the house we had a shed and it was ok the roofers tore the shingles off the shed and we had to got 30 miles to purchase shingles for the shed which was not to be done they did not have enough shingles to do the shed ) we were in the process of selling that home ( already under contract with a closing date) and purchasing a new home , I explained the importance of the job being done right and on time the roof was done on time but when the inspector came out he did not pass it and said the material they used looked 30 years old , I contacted the company and I heard about how this contractor has it in for them for 2 days this went on and delayed the closing of both houses then the field agent for the company told me the owner would be out personally to look at it this never happened , they finally came out 2 days before our next closing day and then decided the roof needed to be re-roofed again because the shingles were no good , they showed up the day of the next closing to re roof the house again delaying closing causing the sellers of the house we were buying to take the house off the market causing us thousands of dollars in additional expenses for I contacted the company and the owner has never called me back and I talked to the field agent and he said none of this is there fault and I should have chosen a different house to buy , when I brought you the shed he said I didn't charge you labor you got your shed done for free none of this is our fault and then he tells me I can put a lean against your house if you don't pay me, witch was never a issue it was a insurance claim so they would get paid regardless they provided very service and does not take responsibility for the mistakes they make
