Excellent customer service. Never a problem finding someone to help you, or even go completely out of their way to try to find it if it's not exactly what you're looking for. Rarely is that the case. They may be a tad more expensive on some things compared to Walmart or other big chains, but the convenience of getting in and out quickly, and having help for any question I might have, is worth that extra 50 cents or a dollar.

I will never shop at another Big R. After buying a very expenside quartz heater, it quit working after 3 weeks. They refused to stand behind the product and their 30 day - no questions asked guarantee and would not refund my money nor replace the item. $170 for a defective product with no concern from them at all!

This is a great business pretty much anything you can need for your animals from food to shots to creams or anything if the animal is injured and even equiptment, such as horse equiptment and everything you can find there. You can even find clothes, if your looking for a nice cowboy shirt or boots or carhart jackets.
