I really like donating here. the staff is always attentive. you get rewards on certain month's. the facility is always clean and nice looking. the wait is very little even when you are a. new donor. the benefits of donating is u get to help someone In need. i would recommend this place to all my friends who have wanted to donate to help others. the money you get is just a bonus.

Good phlebotomists here! That's all that matters in my opinion. They also have great incentives every month that result in extra cash.

I have been to many plasma donation centers, and this is by far the best one. Yes, some can have their negative opinions, but the service that had been rendered to me has been fantastic, and the cause is even better!

I went to biomat up in Orem for about three years and just switched to Talecris last month cause they pay a bit more. I will be switching back. The first three times at Talecris i've gotten blood all over my clothes due to incompetence. They are like a bunch of walmart workers in there. They are not professional at all and some are downright rude. On the floor they are all too busy talking to each other with inside jokes and making donors feel invisible or like they are annoyed by them. The money is not worth going there.
