Rock canyon is such an enjoyable place to pick up meds! I would recommend them to anyone! Very happy with my service!

I had a great experience when I went to this pharmacy for the first time. My doctor had faxed over a prescription for me. My prescription was a compounded one and they normally need at least 24 hours notice for these to be made. I was very pleased that they rushed to get the medication made for me so that I didn't have to make another trip. Instead of waiting 24 hours, I only had to wait about an hour. I was able to just run another errand and then went back and it was ready. Thanks Rock Canyon Pharmacy for helping me out and having such quick and efficient service. I have been back many times since this, and I love that fact that I don't have to wait hours for my medication.... like at SOME large chain stores; most of the time I am in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will tell everyone I know about your store. Thanks!! P.S. Your new store is BEAUTIFUL!‎

I can't say I know what happened with that other guy, but the customer service has been great in my experience. I've also had to take something back for one reason or another and they've been willing to talk with me and work it out. I would and do recommend this pharmacy to others and I've been using them for years.

The pharmacy did not take the time to question an inconsistency that was written on the prescription from my doctor. When I realized the mistake that was made (which would have put me on a slightly different medicine at TRIPLE the dose I am normally on) I tried to exchange the prescription for the correct one. I notified my doctor, I called ahead to the pharmacy. They handed me the "correct" medicine- one I had never seen before in my life. The pharmacy aide and pharmacist were rude, defiant and condescending when I siad "this is not my medicine". It took half an hour of battling to get my correct prescription. Not once did the pharmacist or pharmacist aide apologize for the misunderstanding, for making me wait, or for being so incredibly rude. Awful service. I'm not going back and have told others about this pharmacy's incompetence, rudeness and unwillingness to fix a problem.
