The service department people were friendly, offered a ride when the car was in the shop, and worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied after a problem came up with a repair. They went the extra mile to get the problem fixed promptly and without too much extra cost to me. I left very happy with their excellent service.

Quick, friendly, and professional

Devon was great at keeping me updated. We had an issue but once I raised my concern they bent over backwards and when above and beyond to get thins right. You can't ask for any more than that.

The Service Dept understands the needs of the current recall on the Transmission of my 2012 Ford Fiesta and put a rush order on the parts that are needed to make the repair needed. I trust the LHM Ford Dealership in Provo for all my service and repair needs. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from LHM Ford in Provo Utah, they are the best!

I had a service issue that needed attention right away on my F250 diesel and they got me right in and within a short period of time had it resolved, also noticed that i was due for a lube which was taken care of. They explained the issue and how to correct it in the future. I had my truck back running great and was extremely please with their service.

Had an immaculate 2013 Mazda Miata MX5 sports car. Wanted to trade it in on an F-350 so it could use it for pulling a travel trailer when I retired. These guys not only gave me top dollar for my Miata but they located the 2015 F-350 crew cab diesel with full tow package that I sought and made it all fit into just $100 more per month than I was paying on my Miata. Magical! And I adore my truck!

At the end of the day, does my car run? Yes, which is important. The problem is getting to that point. The staff is very friendly, but they lack the true customer service that you find at other Ford dealerships in larger markets. Usually when someone spends a thousand dollars on repairs and service, the car is brought to you with it washed and pulled up in front. Not here, my car I had to go find in the service lot and then pull it forward to get my son in his car seat because they parked it so tight against two other trucks. Of course they don't offer up information on discounts and special offers. I had to pull it out of them and remind them twice to use my Ford points. That should be automatic in offering customers if they want to use their points. They just lack the true customer service that one comes to expect from a dealership. Especially since dealerships are notoriously expensive compared to other shops.

appointment was made quickly and I was processed in immediately. Had to leave the car because I was having so much done but the car was ready before the promised time. Everything was done well and thoroughly and I feel better that the possible recall problem was checked out. I intend to continue my service at LHM.

I had my corolla in for an oil change and I was informed of a package deal for oil changes that I couldnt refuse! I needed front brakes and they worked with me and did everything they could to make my visit a great one! I know it is a Ford store but they took care of me and my car like we were one of their own. I highly recommend them!

I was so impressed with the service and care I received especially after I was turned away at the Chevrolet service center at the same dealership, where I had an appointment. When I pull up to the Chevy Service door a man came out and said Ford was over "there" pointing to the Ford Service Center. After I tried to explain I thought I had an appointment at Chevrolet to have my oil changed he again stated that Ford is over "there". The servicemen at Ford were kind and got me in right away.

This transaction was quick and easy. Majority of negotiating done over the phone. Follow up was great. Was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted for an excellent price. All staff members involved from sales to finance were courteous and explained things well. Completely satisfied and would recommend.
